Hi, I’m Natalie, but everybody calls me Nat.
I became interested in health and fitness in 2009 when I lost 50kg. From January 2009 to December of the same year, I went from 105kg down to 60kg.
In 2011, I realised I wanted to help others achieve what I had. So I decided to study for my cert 3 and 4, so I could become a personal trainer. I passed my final exam in July 2012 and immediately set up my business which I called NatFit. I met Lish and Teik through mutual friends. We became friends quickly and a couple of months later, she asked if I would work for Bodyfit and run their newly introduced 6am sessions.
January 2015 was when Bodyfit Bootcamp and NatFit merged and Lish, Chanteik and I became business partners. One of the best things that’s happened in my life.
My approach to our ladies is no nonsense, and tough love. I’m tough, but I care very much about everyone. I give 100% to the ladies and the business and expect it back.
My advice for anyone wanting to get fit and healthy is to work out why and let that be what drives you. Whether it’s avoiding a heart attack, keeping up with the kids or simply looking good in a bikini. To achieve any of that, you need to eat whole foods and exercise at least 3 days a week.
We are all very passionate about what we do and live for helping everyone achieve their goals.

Hi my names Lish, I’m 33, married with 2 kids Ebby (5) and Fletcher (2) and have a little dog Franklin and we live in Umina.
Like most 18 year olds I ate the usual rubbish, went out drinking, smoked and ate more rubbish as a consequence from having big weekends. Once I settled down, got married and had our first baby I wanted to set a good example for my little girl. Children’s nutrition had always been a passion of mine and I was now putting it into place with my daughter so decided to jump on the wagon and that’s when I also began training with Teik. I went from 27% bodyfat down to 15% and loved my new lifestyle so much I then had a desire to study fitness.
Once studying, Teik had an idea…. We could start a business running boot camps! Why not I thought? We gave it a shot started off small with 20 girls and here we are almost 3 years later with 2 locations, 250 girls, nutrition workshops and another awesome business partner Nat to join our team as well as 5 other trainers. The 3 of us have all been through the struggles and triumphs of Weightloss and now strive to help women through their journey.
Although Weightloss is a big part of Bodyfit we also are proud to say that with the help of our clients we have managed to create a fun, motivating, close knit community of women who are here to make this their lifestyle and are not just in it for a quick fix. We hope we can continue to help all our amazing girls and add more of you to our FitFam!
So contact us today to get involved! Life is full of habits, if they’re bad, create new ones
Hi, My name is Chanteik. I live with my partner of 11years and our two dogs. We own and operate a gym in Umina called Peak Physique which has been open since 2011.
In 2012 I started BodyFit Boot Camp with Lish and in 2015 we joined forces with Nat to create what is today BodyFit Boot Camp.
Growing up as a kid I was always involved in sports and loved trying everything. Once I hit high school though, I became very lazy and started to gain weight. At 17 I was working in retail and at my biggest. We sold clothes up to a size 14 or XL and I didn’t fit any of them. It wasn’t til then that I realised that I wasn’t healthy so I joined a gym. Around the same time I started going out to clubs and met Liam. I started caring more about how I looked because I wanted to fit into little dresses and feel good about myself when I went out.
It took me years of trial and error with my training and nutrition to figure out what worked best for me. I tried it all and now have a well rounded routine that keeps my Bodyfat under 16% all year round. I never had a training partner or anyone telling me what to do. I use to buy all the fitness magazines and do my own research online. It wasn’t until I did my fitness certificates that I really found my passion for wanting help others achieve their fitness goals.
Ive been living a healthy lifestyle, training and eating well, for 10 years and I haven’t always been perfect in that time. I’ve gone out and gotten drunk and I still do enjoy some chocolate or Indian food once a week because living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be restrictive. Everything in moderation is ok. You have to find a good balance with exercise, family, friends, work and play. Planning and preparing is the key to success because a goal without a plan is just a wish.
My tip for anyone just starting out is be consistent with everything. Don’t do it for two weeks then stop for 3weeks. Don’t eat clean for 3 out of 7 days, eat clean 6.5 days out of 7days. Exercise at least 30mins a day and plan your meals.
I want to help you find a good balance in your life so you can achieve your goals successfully and enjoy training and eating well. Everyone has the opportunity to feel great about themselves but sometimes you need some extra help and guidance. Contact us today so we can give you the support you need in order to change your lifestyle!
Hello, my name is haylee I am from bateau bay, I live locally with my partner Glenn of 7 years and our beautiful son Kobe Myles who is 3 months old; he brings us so much love and happiness and has completed our lives as a family.
Firstly let me just say I am so privileged to be working with such an amazing organization and incredible trainers Chanteik, Lish and Nat at body fit boot camp. Before I started working for BodyFit, the girls helped me transform my own life. Back in my teens I was the tall girl not overweight but not healthy either and just ate what I wanted when I wanted. When I moved out of home, I started to care more about my health and wanted to make changes in my life so I could have the body I always dreamed of. I started running every day & eating only 3 meals a day. I started to lose weight but then I couldn’t stop losing weight, before I knew it I was underweight and feeling exhausted everyday. This is when I approached the girls at Bodyfit to help me with my nutrition and training. The girls got me eating 5-6 healthy meals a day, reduced my running and designed a weights program for me. For the 18months prior to this, with no luck, my partner and I were trying to conceive a baby & I knew that my own health was the cause of not being able to fall pregnant.
Becoming a mother was all I ever wanted and it has been my greatest achievement to date. Pregnancy was a whole new experience I loved being pregnant and seeing my body create a new life, but my body changed and ive gained excess bodyfat. This is a new challenge for me but im ready to regain my pre pregnancy body. With determination, motivation, a healthy mind set and healthy nutrition I will achieve it. I want to share my knowledge and experiences with women to help encourage and overcome the struggles related to being a new mum, to inspire you and help get your bodies back. It’s not something that will happen overnight, or in a week. Everyone has their battles and has their own faults, behind the mask you uphold no one really knows your real life struggles, body issues and journeys unless you reach out to seek help , you will continue to go down the same path.
Self-care, love and wellbeing is so important and body fit boot camp will support and help you change your life! I know it will as it helped me and nothing makes me prouder than being happy and positive about my life and my health. So contact us today to make that lifestyle change we can help, support and provide guidance every step of the way!!
I’ve always enjoyed being active and growing up in a sporty family made it hard for me not to enjoy exercising i enjoyed it so much that I attend Little athletics on Friday night, nippers Saturday mornings and dance up to 4 nights a week. Eventually I did grow out of these activities and started hitting the gym where I would train up to five days a week doing high level interval training which I found I got my best results from.
I am lucky that my body weight has never dramatically changed over the years and I partly owe this to myself for all the hard training, watching what I eat and focusing on my goals.
So why did I wont to become a trainer? Firstly and mostly exercise!! The satisfying feeling you get from it, the feeling of reaching your goals and the happy place it takes you, I want to show people struggling with exercise and nutrition that it’s not that hard and with a little help in the right direction you can change your life for the better!!!
