Shredded Chicken - Easiest Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken breast (desired amount)
  • Desired herbs and spices
  • water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Remove fat from chicken
  2. Place chicken in crock pot with herbs & spices
  3. Fill with water till all chicken is submerged
  4. Cook on high for 4hours
  5. Remove and shred chicken with two forks

CAN BE USED IN

  • Salads
  • Wraps
  • Served with steamed veggies

Keeps well frozen and for up to 3 days in the fridge
