WEEK 2 WEIGH INS

There’s something so motivating in the air this round of boot camp! Not sure if it’s because spring is near or everyone is just stoked to have the tools to achieve great results!!

On the 27th July we held our Nutrition workshop which we had over 120 girls show for the talk. Everyone has really taken on board all our nutrition advice and it has shown in everyone’s results. Just in two weeks the BodyFit Girls have collectively lost 84kgs!! And not everyone weighed in too!
3 of the Bateau Bay girls lost 3 kg each on Saturday in just two weeks and not one person gained!
 
The biggest weight loss for this fortnight was Julia, who lost 4.5kgs. She has turned her life around and is smashing her training and obviously smashing the clean food with results like that!!
 
Our advice to anyone starting off on their weight loss journey is to keep consistent with your nutrition and training. You cant expect results sticking to your plan for only 2 days of the week. If you have one bad meal that’s ok, just get straight back on board next meal and don’t let one cheat meal turn into a cheat day or cheat week.
